After mixing the 2 components, the processing time is about 10 minutes. The section of road can be released for traffic after a short period of time.

Clean the dry damaged areas and pre-treat with ESTOL C40B5-S or ESTOL-Adhesion Primer if necessary. Mix the polymer-enhanced bitumen emulsion and the mineral mixture by adding the emulsion to the mixture while stirring evenly.
Distribute ESTOL-Repair Mortar E onto the damaged area using a rubber squeegee or a smoothing trowel. Usage of ESTOL-Repair Mortar E must be concluded within approx. 10 minutes due to its fast setting property.
Sprinkle with sand before opening the area to traffic. ... finished!

ESTOL-Repair Mortar E is available in 25 kg containers (polymer-enhanced bitumen + mineral mixture). The amounts are coordinated with each other. 18 containers are packed onto one pallet.
